Prior to founding Kelp, Surya was leading the large-scale digital transformation of a leading private-equity fund in India. The effort was targeted to institutionalise learnings and support business decisions with contextualised insights. He enjoys solving problems and has delivered solutions through process engineering and data science across a variety of service and manufacturing sectors.

As an Industrial Engineer specialising in Human Factors and Ergonomics, Girish is driven to optimise and enable the best in any human interaction – be it with technology, other humans, or invisible (ambient) computing. Interested in all aspects of the interaction experience – from basic usability, persuasion and influence, to self-actualisation, Girish believes that better experiences make better human beings.

Co-founder and Chief Business Officer
Shyaam has years of experience in consulting, operations and technology. In his latest roles, Shyaam co-led the conceptualisation of a growth–stage investment platform in a private equity firm and scaled a non-profit organisation.
As a consultant, he worked with clients across geographies largely on growth, enterprise performance and governance-related aspects.

ROHIT PRASAD
Head - Product Development
Rohit heads product development at Kelp. He has rich experience in product development, design and delivery. He has worked with multiple startups in his career and brings infectious energy for product development with small teams. He works closely with multiple partners and our internal teams to continuously keep Kelp at the edge of innovation. Bringing various aspects of Kelp together to deliver a unified experience is a continuous improvement challenge and Rohit enjoys working relentlessly towards that.

ABHISHEK MATHUR
Product Management and Analytics
Abhishek oversees product strategy and development, data science initiatives and product quality at Kelp.
In his previous roles, he has worked on various initiatives involving process improvement, data science and technology implementation.
He holds dual degree (B.Tech + M.Tech) in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay.
